We offer a 30 day money back guarantee whereas you have 30 days to decide whether or not our service is for you. This only applies where it is mentioned with the service.
A refund will be given less the following costs:
- Domain registration/transfer costs
- Postage and delivery costs
99.9% Uptime Guarantee
For our email and web hosting customers we state a 99.9% uptime guarantee. We would like to say 110% but no one can promise that! Sometimes things happen that forces the server to go under. But this very rarely happens. Any planned maintenance is excluded from this guarantee, but you will be notified of any maintenance as soon as possible.
You therefore agree not to hold PYPITS Ltd, its employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, sponsors and anyone or any company associated with PYPITS Ltd responsible for any losses arising from any downtime.
